Anywhere you go in this city you’re sure to see people staying active with a run. With that being said, finding a route can be a bit daunting. That’s why we're here to help.

Take a look at our top 5 running routes. Whether you’re starting out, are a seasoned runner, or looking to change up the scenery, we’re sure you will love these routes as much as we do.

Sea wall 

Running the Seawall in Vancouver, BC, is a quintessential experience for both locals and visitors. This iconic route offers stunning views, diverse landscapes, and a smooth path that caters to runners of all levels. This specific route measures 8.8K with an elevation of 35M for a bit of a challenge. We suggest this route around the time of sunset - you’ll love the view as much as we do.

Starting at House Concepts Gym, once completed this loop will bring you to a complete 5K with an elevation of 53M. This route is perfect for beginners, or those looking to make some quick movement whenever suits them. We suggest this at any time, any day.

West End

Running in the West End of downtown Vancouver, BC, offers a unique and picturesque experience. This vibrant neighborhood is surrounded by natural beauty, making it a popular spot for both locals and visitors. Here's what you can expect:

9.3 KM and an elevation of 45M, this is quite a moderate route suitable for any level of runner. This run is your own personal tour of Downtown Vancouver as you’re starting in Yaletown, and looping into Stanley Park. We suggest this as a mid-day run during a day off.
