Shipping

Receive free standard shipping within Canada and USA with all purchases over $100. 

Once an order has shipped, we'll send you a shipping confirmation with the tracking number.

If you order contains any pre-order items, your entire order will be delayed and shipped when the pre-order item/s are available. Pre-order items are always marked and indicated on the product page or when you add to bag, prior to checkout.

Please note we do not ship to PO Box addresses. You may only ship to one address per order.

Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is $10 or free with any purchase over $100. Orders placed with standard shipping will be processed within 3-5 business days and deliver within 3-9 business days.

International Shipping
International shipping is $20.00. Shipping times will vary depending on your location.

In-Store Pickup

Located in Vancouver? Complimentary in-store pickup is available at one of our two locations:

Select 'In Store Pickup' during checkout and select your preferred pick up location. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pick up.

Taxes and Duties

Prices displayed on our website do not include taxes. When you proceed to purchase your order, the applicable sales tax will be calculated.

HOUSE iD is not responsible for any duties or import taxes.

Returns & Exchanges

Items purchased online may be returned in store or online for full refund within 21 days from the date the order was delivered. Items purchased in store may be returned within 21 days from date of purchase.

Any item purchased on sale or on promotional discount is final sale.

All returned items must not be washed, worn, or damaged. All original tags must be attached and accompanied by a valid receipt.

For international returns, the customer is responsible for the purchase of their own postage.
